Reading pages and anonymous tools
The term map displays definitions and filters them inside the open page. The review map contains five anonymous checkbox prompts. These controls do not ask for beneficiary names, relationships, account or contract numbers, dates of birth, addresses, percentages, forms or statements. There is no account connection or document upload.
Checklist marks are held only in the open page. They are not submitted to a server or stored in a publisher database. Leaving, returning to or reloading the page resets the marks. Printing can create a copy under your control; it does not send a copy to the publisher.
A session notice preference
Browser session storage remembers that you dismissed the site’s storage notice. It does not store a designation, checkbox answers, editorial form contents or an account identifier. A new browsing session or clearing site data can remove that preference. No application advertising or analytics cookies, third-party tracking scripts or remote font services are included in this guide.
Editorial email drafts
The Editorial Contact form uses the sender name, email, page or term, optional public source URL and note you enter to prepare an encoded mailto link. The form does not automatically submit or store the message in a website database. Opening and sending the draft uses the email application and mail provider you select.
If you send it, the recipient mailbox receives your address, message and ordinary email metadata. Those mail services process correspondence under their own settings and terms. Do not include beneficiary identities, identifiers, allocation details or attachments containing private records.
Correspondence retention and deletion
This static guide does not implement a mailbox-retention schedule or automatic deletion of sent correspondence. A precise retention period cannot be established by the website code. Sent messages may remain in the sender’s and recipient’s mail systems and their backups under the applicable settings and obligations.
To request information about or deletion of correspondence held by the publisher, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Provide only enough context to identify the message. The publisher cannot remove copies independently retained by your email provider or another recipient.
Hosting and external sources
Serving a page requires hosting infrastructure. The host may process an IP address, requested path, request time and browser details for delivery, security or operations, according to its own configuration. This guide does not assert a verified hosting-log retention period.
Following an official source link takes you to another website. Its own privacy practices apply there. The guide contains no mechanism for selling information entered into the anonymous reading tools.
Your controls
Reset checklist marks using the page control or leave the page. Clear the site’s browser data to remove the notice preference. Delete printed or saved files separately. For more detail, read the Cookie & Session Storage Policy.
